Our vendors this year will be showcasing their “Food Comes From Farms” with fresh pork sausages – from Pig In A Box, slow cooked lamb & goat meat from Sevenhills Tallarook, homemade ice-cream & milkshakes – Timbon Icecream.

Savour the flavours with tempting pastries & pies (Danish Bakehouse & Turners Bakehouse), fresh crepes (Les Crepes Gourmandes), jams, puddings & sauces (Pud for all Seasons), spirits (Original Spirits Co), local beer & wine (Callipari Wines and Shaws Road Winery), sumptuous berries from Yarra Valley Berries and fine French caramelized nuts by Chooh La La.

Experience mouth-watering delights of local and boutique products and indulge in the finest local delicacies and also healthy lunches served by the oakland maid service for those looking for something different at the Show – Bowl Full of Soul.

Based in Castlemaine, Pud For All Seasons has fast become renowned for Gourmet Puddings in Australia.

Pud for all Seasons was founded in early 2004 by Karen Kelly. This stay-at-home mum independently moved to Castlemaine from Melbourne and was looking for a “little” part-time business to satisfy her passion for fine cuisine, and to exercise her creative mind.   A selection of fine puddings was the inspired result.

Traditional and contemporary Hand-made Puddings to enjoy all year round. Pud for All Seasons uses Local Free Range Eggs and all Australian Dried Fruits wherever possible. Apples and Oranges are fresh from the grower and the bread is from their local baker and crumbed by them! We try to purchase all our ingredients as locally as we can. We compost whatever we can and minimise our environmental footprint as much as we can.   We are a family run business and offer a very flexible work place. We employ local Mum’s and we understand the importance of family.

Grandma’s Plum Pudding and other flavours such as Double Choc and Orange (with Cointreau) and Date & Butterscotch Pudding are also available as Gluten Free options. The range of Dessert Sauces complements the Puds and the Chocolate Coated Puds are just the thing to serve with coffee! In addition to delicious puds, they also have a range of chocolate treats such as Rocky Road, Coconut Rough, A white chocolate treat and a coffee crunch treat.

2017 will be our first time at the Whittlesea Show and we are excited to share our products with all the locals.

We are a small family owned distillery located on the Mornington Peninsula and we specialise in small batch spirits.  We hand select the finest ingredients from Australian suppliers and use traditional methods to create interesting and unique spirits.  At the Show we will be showcasing a range of micro-batch gins, spiced tawny, limoncello and a traditional German style digestive (think after dinner drink!).

 All of our products will be on tasting for everyone to enjoy.  We will have some special package deals happening (i.e. discounts for multiple item purchases) and will be showing off some newly designed products (sloe gin & chardonnay gin).


Established in 1999, Timboon Fine Ice Cream has been producing farm fresh, luxury ice cream for over 19 years. An award winning ice cream made popular though using the freshest ingredients and churning innovative flavours. ‘The Game of Cones’ ice cream cart has been created to fit in with the emerging ‘Food Truck’ customer base, as an offshoot to Timboon’s regular event carts.

Timboon Fine Ice Cream has been attending the Whittlesea Show for over 8 years and we are happy to be there again this year to offer our farm fresh ice creams and fresh fruit sorbets.

Most of the produce we use is grown on neighbouring farms and is picked the same day it’s served, nothing beats the taste of fresh picked veggies!

Historic, authentic and artisan, this boutique bakery with its traditional wood fired Scotch oven was built in the late 1890’s by Charles & Stephenson Turner. The brothers delivered their hand-made bread by horse and cart as far as Heidelberg. The bakery has been lovingly restored after being closed in the 1940’s and left vacant for many years.  In honour of its inspiring, hardworking founders we bake all our artisan breads, pies & pastries in our living, breathing, historic wood fired Scotch oven.  We maintain that Charlie’s spirit still watches over our bakers giving them gentle nudges on how to make the best authentic sourdough in Victoria. Our signature authentic hand-made sourdough is made with a mother culture or wild natural yeast that is over 100 years old. This mother culture is fed and cared for daily.  Turners sourdough not only tastes amazing – it’s healthy too, due to its long natural fermentation.

Our family farm is happy to share our passion for good fresh free range pork.  We grow Berkshire pigs on our 130 acre farm in the Mcharg Ranges, central Victoria.

As an ex-restraunter and confectioner and winemaker we focused our passion on creating the best pork products possible.

We prepare fresh pork and a range of smoked products including nitrate free hams and bacons. We are known for our range of sausages.

This weekend we offer:

Traditional Free Range Kransky and Bratwurst Sausages, 5 varieties to tempt all appetites.

Twice cooked Pulled Pork, 4 days curing, 3 days  smoking then slowly cooked for a further 12 hours in our special rub.  We hope you enjoy!

“Seven Hills Tallarook”, Melbourne, Victoria as the name suggests, sits on seven very picturesque Hills, with views to Seymour, Puckapunyal, Broadford and the Tallarook State Forest which is approximately one hours drive north from Melbourne CBD. We serve pulled goat, goat sausages and lamb at the Whittlesea Show.  We also do a meat platters.

Shearasun Brewing Company is a small, local, independently operated brewery owned by 2 families.

Our range consists of 7 full strength beers, a mid-strength beer and a cider.

We source our products from Australian producers wherever possible and use only the best ingredients that we can.

The beers and cider that we produce are free from any artificial preservatives, colours, or additives meaning that they are full of big, bold flavours and aromas.

Mmm Coffee – a mobile coffee van catering for functions and events from Riddells Creek in the Macedon Ranges.

We source our organic and fair trade certified coffee from a local roaster “The Little Goat”

Direct trade is an important part of our philosophy. We place an emphasis on knowing and appreciating the 42 hands that it takes to make a beautiful cup of our coffee. Our relationships are built on mutual respect and a desire to benefit each hand that the coffee passes through, from the growers, to the merchants, to our roasters, to our baristas and finally to you..

We appreciate the journey that is encapsulated in each bag of our coffee, where it began as a seed that was planted, to the bean that was harvested, washed, dried, hulled, sorted, weighed, bagged and shipped – ready to be roasted by our team at The Little Goat.

We have proudly been associated with the Whittlesea Show for the past 5 years and are looking forward to returning to the food expo in 2018. Patrons visiting the food expo this year will be treated to our Sweet Maria blend – a sweet rounded espresso coffee with distinctive chocolate and hazelnut flavours. Brazil, Colombia and El Salvador origins have helped achieve this blend.
